If you live outside our downtown delivery area, stop by if you are able to pick up in person.

 

We offer delivery, This includes Nob Hill, The Pearl, South Waterfront, and Downtown SW Portland. Delivery is a flat $20 and is Curbside Only.

We understand most people who live downtown don't have access to trucks or have a car. This is not to say our customers are not creative, you have transported trees in some very creative ways, like the Miata driver with the top down and the tree in the passenger seat (must have been a cold drive). But if you would like some help we will be happy to help get your Christmas tree home.

If you Placed an online Pre Order, we begin delivering these trees Friday after Thanksgiving between 4-8pm. We will send a confirmation email to you after you place your order with this date and time as well. We highly suggest putting a note on your online order with door codes, or instructions if you are not home. We always call the phone number 4-5min before the delivery to ask you to come down to the street and meet us so make sure you keep your phone close.

For in person orders, we deliver the trees starting at 4pm every day, same as with online orders we suggest a note if you are not home and a good phone number for us to call when we are getting close.

If for any reason we miss you, we will not leave your tree without instruction from you, we will put it back in the truck to be delivered the next day we are open.

If you need a tighter delivery appointment or are outside of out delivery boundary, we offer Enhanced Delivery starting at $45.00

We get businesses, and some people who are unable to get the tree inside and setup and need for us to help. Within a 1 hour delivery window, Enhanced Delivery includes the delivery of your tree, installing the stand and wrapping in a bag, taking inside your home or business and being unwrapped and adjusted to your liking. We will also clean up any mess made on our way in. Please have a clear path to where you would like the tree setup, our staff will not be responsible for damage to furniture or other items within your home. Please also let us know ahead of time if there are more stairs than the standard 5-6 in-front of a house. We assume most buildings have elevators but there are a few that do not and it is good to know so we can plan accordingly.

Enhanced Delivery is subject to scheduling availability.

The prices starts at $45 within our standard delivery zones. Outside of the delivery zone we calculate based on time and mileage, please give us a address so we can look it up and do the math. For some larger trees over 8ft we may also need to charge a little more if we are going up tight stairs or elevators.

To complement the Enhanced Delivery we can also do tree recycling, the pricing is the same as the enhanced delivery, we just do it in reverse, we will setup a 1 hour window to come retrieve your tree. Please make sure you have un decorated your tree, we do not check for ornaments We will remove the stand outside and return that to you before we leave.
